subscription to the Web Site Creation is governed by the remote sales rules.
You have 7 days to renounce to your commitment. Nevertheless
the contract, except for DebSite+ (30%acompte/30%au terme de l'étude de base & 40%à la livraison du
produit, c'est-à-dire la publication sur le Net du site terminé),
is effective at the payment receipt. A eight days period is granted to the
professionals and body corporates wich have a stable situation. The
commitments taked on a company behalf will be signed by legally entitled
persons to engage the body corporate. In this case, the
signatory function is required to guarantee the commitment
legitimacy.
In case of nonpayment of a signed and authentificated
contract, it can be originated in a recovery in any legal way. In case
of litigation, only the Tournai tribunals, in first jurisdiction, are
competent. |
